Making A Booking & Deposit - To make a booking either complete the booking form on our website or email us at info@demipiste.com with your requirements. At the time of booking a deposit of 20% is payable to secure your booking. Payment should be by credit card so please have your credit card details to hand.

We will confirm your booking in writing on receipt of the deposit. Please check the details are correct as you may not be able to make alterations at a later date. Deposits are non refundable unless we are able to resell the rooms at no additional cost to us.

Payment - For Winter holidays the balance of the holiday must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of the holiday. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the commencement date the full cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking. If payment is not made in full by 8 weeks prior to the holiday we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and levy the appropriate cancellation charges outlined below.

For Summer holidays the balance of the holiday can be paid on the last day of your stay at Chalet Blanche by Credit card or in Euros.

Prices - Once your booking has been accepted we guarantee there will be no increase to the agreed price unless you amend your booking in anyway.

Cancellations Or Alterations By The Client - If for any reason you or a member of your group has to cancel your holiday a cancellation charge will apply as set out below. Cancellations will take effect when written notification is received from the person booking the holiday.

Notification received before holiday commencement date.
More than 56 days loss of deposit.
56- 29 days 50% of total price.
28- 15 days 70% of total price.
Less than 15 days 100% of total price.

Cancellations By Us - In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your holiday due to circumstances beyond our control we will offer you the choice of either purchasing another holiday from us and receiving or paying any price difference or a full and prompt refund.

Security - We take the issue of Chalet security seriously, however due to the nature of Chalet holidays the Chalet may not be locked at all times. Please note that there will be shared access with other guests and ensure that you act appropriately to minimise security risks. Guests will be provided with keys to their own room and front door.

Special Requests - Please let us know any special requests you have at the time of booking and although we cannot guarantee it we will do our best to meet your request.
